We currently have services for residential pressure washing. with using a combination of sodium hypochlorite, water and a soap we clean algae, mold and dirt off houses, fences, gutters, roofs and concrete.

Pre treated with sodium hypochlorite to kill bacteria and moss for 10 minutes while showering grass and plants with water to keep safe than washed thoroughly with surface cleaner. Post treated with more sh if needed for another 10 minutes to remove remaining residue on concrete than washed off.

Lathered with sodium hypochlorite from bottom up and sits for 10 minutes to kill moss mold and bacteria. After wait, rinsed off with water from top to bottom.
